Returns & exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered from Athlete Foundation. If something isn't right, most items can be returned or exchanged within the window below. Autographed memorabilia and final-sale items may have different rules — always check the product page before purchasing.

Return window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product page. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-returnable items

• Custom or personalized products (including custom slides and personalized jerseys)
• Autographed memorabilia unless damaged in transit or not as described
• Final-sale and flash-sale items marked non-returnable at checkout
• Items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear

How to start a return or exchange

1. Email support@athlete.market with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and send return instructions within 1–2 business days.
3. Ship the item back using the provided label or approved carrier. Return shipping may apply unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

Damaged or incorrect items

Received the wrong item or something arrived damaged? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund, including shipping.
